Our client is a global leader in providing seamless online and In-store EFTPOS payment services with merchant and consumer-facing apps.

We're looking for technically minded people with an interest in electronics diagnostics, repairs or programming for an upcoming project. Experience working in logistics/warehousing within a Technical  environment would be advantageous. 

The Role

For the right person, there will be cross-training and potential to progress within the company.

We have longer term Temporary  positions that are responsible for processing returned equipment, assessing, test & repairing, preparing and dispatching to agreed accuracy, volume levels & time frames.

Responsibilities may include:

• Accurate investigation of all incoming product, reason for return 
• Assisting in identification & diagnosis of all faulting product
• Accurate and timely software & key loading activities
• Perform test & diagnostic on devices, cleans and refurbishing
• Ensure accurate & timely management of product transportation 
• Timely dispatch of all outgoing product within specified agreed targets
• Appropriate & professional communication regarding dispatch of product
• Ensure set processes and workflow models are maintained to maximise productivity & accuracy

What you Need

Do you have an active interest in technology? We are looking for people with the right attitude and the following skills:

• Excellent level of literacy and numeracy skills
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Outlook & Excel
• Methodical, logical & solutions based approach
• Good eye for detail, accuracy and ability to work at pace
• Understanding of the Payments Solutions industry preferable but not essential
• Excellent inter-personal & communication skills
• Be reliable and committed to personal development & learning 
• Be a team player
