Based in West Auckland, this position is pitched at a person who has had previous experience working for a company dealing with medical supplies on a medium to large corporate scale. The position is varied, busy and demanding and involves direct alignment with the sales and marketing teams so being a team player is a must!

 

The role includes the following responsibilities and duties:

  • Order taking
  • Advising customers and clients on appropriate products
  • Customer credits
  • Order entry
  • General administration tasks

This role involves taking orders not only from businesses and clients but also from customers which often includes elderly people. Therefore, the right candidate must be empathetic, mature and understanding in order to deal with sensitive enquiries. Full training is provided and you will be working in a caring and supportive team.
