Busy Shopping Centre complex is offering an opportunity to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. 

You will be  need to have previous customer service experience, be computer literate and be positive and confident dealing with people.    It would be an added advantage if you have some basic accounts and also administration experience.

The approximate work hours will be:

Wednesday   -     9:00 am to 3:45pm

Thursday       -     9:00 am to 2:00 pm

Friday night   -     5:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Saturday -            9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Also the flexibility to pick up other shifts when needed would be greatly appreciated.

The role is located in the Customer Service Kiosk, where you will be answering shoppers queries, directing them to the services they need, selling gift vouchers, recording details into the computer and helping out with any promotions that are happening in the mall.

This is a varied role where you will need to have excellent interpersonal communication skills, be confident in dealing with a wide variety of people, have previous customer service experience and be very flexible with the hours and days that you can work.
