The company and opportunity:
Our client is a not for profit organisation, who provide health and social services to the wider Counties Manukau area. They're growing faster than they can keep up with, with now 250 employees and counting.
We have two positions available. The Mana Ake Administrator role is 20 hours per week. We are looking for someone to provide outstanding administrative and co-ordination support to our Mana Ake – Non Violence program facilitators and build solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will work with people from many different ‘walks of life’ so it is important that you are a flexible person with the ability to quickly think on your feet.
The Project Coordinator is a newly created fixed-term role (6-month work opportunity). We are completing a review of our organisational policies, procedures, and forms, and implementing them throughout the organisation and we are looking for someone who will work closely with our
Quality Manager to take the lead on this.
As the Policy Project Co-Ordinator no two days will be the same. You will spend time working both in a team with our Quality Manager and independently across our multiple sites to design and manage the delivery of new and updated policies, procedures, and forms. The right person
will consider all factors in their decision making including the organisations needs being in sync with all the wider networks.
The purpose of this role is to take the lead on this process and build strong working relationships with the staff to smoothly implement the new changes. The hours for this role are 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday based at our Manukau office.
To be successful in either roles:
- The ability to build and maintain high quality relationships across the organisation
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and attention to detail skills are a must
- Effective data management/reporting skills
- Full Drivers License
