What the role will entail:

• Provide leadership, advice and regular supervision with social workers and non-clinical navigators
• Oversee the delivery of quality services and ensuring outcomes and reporting processes meet the expectations of whānau and funders
• Engage professionally with government and non-government agencies

To be a good fit for this role you will need:

• Qualification in Social Work, recognised by the Social Work Registration Board (SWRB)
• SWRB Registration with a current APC 
• Proven experience managing and supervising a team 
• 10 years’ experience as a Social Worker
• Full NZ Driver License
• Applicants require New Zealand citizenship or residency
