My client is a family-run business based in West Auckland, who have an excellent culture and staff retention is high. Some of your key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Processing customer orders, field customer enquiries re: order, delivery, despatch & production ETAs, invoicing and pricing
  • Liaising with freight companies
  • Contacting customers for confirmation of current replenishment stock quantities, and confirmation and/or adjustments
  • Investigate customer queries/complaints

 To be successful in this role:

  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Excellent English - written and verbal
  • Sound computer skills
