Manager – Operational Policy                                                                                 Auckland

 

This is a rare opportunity for a manager level role in a major central government agency based in Auckland. This key role will be responsible for providing front line strategic direction and raising the levels of key regulatory practices and deliverables. It will be supporting the operational leadership of the agency and establishing key relationships to ensure best practice and outcomes are achieved.

This role will be ideal for an established Manager or Principal looking for the next step in your development. You will possess the following attributes:

 

·        Experience of delivering clear strategic initiatives and operational priorities

·        Providing strong leadership to enable the provision of responsive, risk based     regulatory services.

·        Understanding of how key stakeholder requirements contribute to the release of new initiatives.

·        Possess strong understanding of risk-based regulation and compliance operating models.
