Our client, a well-established healthcare organisation, is on the search for a Data Analyst to work within the HR Reporting, systems, and Remuneration department.
This role is to work across the People function creating and using data sources to help explore, define, shape, and measure the effectiveness of and value derived through various People Systems.
The Role
- Reporting - Design and produce workforce and people metrics report
- Design, develop, document, and maintain reports and dashboards using data from multiple HR/workforce-related systems, including AMS Leader, AMS Kiosk, Taleo, One Staff, LMS, etc
- Business Improvement - Involvement in HR-related business improvement for information management, processes and system integration
- Assist with the evaluation, analysis, design and maintenance of
HR-related systems, workflows and databases - HR & Workforce Data Analytics - Compile information, analyse and synthesise data in order to support the various directorates and HR Business Partners. Requires combining data from all HR/workforce systems to produce a holistic view of our workforce intelligence
- Identify links between patient outcomes and HR data and analytics and ways HR analytics can help improve talent management, employee motivation/engagement, and workforce planning
The Ideal Candidate
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Human Resources, Finance, Business Economics, Data Science)
- 2 years of experience in a corporate environment, such as Human Resources, Payroll or Finance.
- Experience in database creation/management would be a bonus
- Intermediate SQL developer and advanced Excel skills
- Expertise with Data Integration tools such as SSIS, WherescapeRED, and Business Objects Data Services
- Expertise in BI/Reporting tools such as SSRS, Business Objects, Tableau and QlikView
- Good statistical knowledge (e.g. correlations, t-tests, multivariate)
- Analytics consulting i.e. communication of complex data
- Data modeling and scenario analysis
- Workflow and process management skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
