Position Title: Business Analyst
Location: Flexible locations around Auckland (may require travel outside of Auckland)
Overview: We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join our team. The successful candidates will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure that project requirements are met effectively and efficiently. There are opportunities for Techical Business Analysts and Process Business Analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and document business requirements, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide recommendations on process improvements.
- Support project teams through the implementation of business solutions.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in business analysis, especially in ICT infrastructure and/or healthcare clinical applications.
- Familiarity with the health sector and processes is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Business Analysis certifications (e.g., IIBA, BABOK, Better Business Case).
