Our client is looking for a Business Support Manager to lead a small team to ensure that things run smoothly.


Work for an organisation that will drive continuous improvement and support improving outcomes for children and young people. 

Your Responsibilities:

-Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive. 
-Provide leadership to the Team Coordinators and the EA to the Chief Executive and General Manager.
-Work effectively with HR.
-Provide financial/budgeting administrative support
-Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship.
-Building knowledge, experience, capability, and understanding of tikanga Māori and te reo.

Know-how:

-Experience in managing people in a team environment.
-Significant knowledge of administrative processes, systems, and technology.
-Experience overseeing budgets and expenses
-Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
-Advanced level in Microsoft Office suite.
-Strong written and oral communication skills.
-Prioritising and multitasking.
-Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
-Some understanding of the workings of central Government
