Alpha Recruitment is excited to be working with our new client, recruiting for several exciting new Contact Centre positions located right in the Wellington CBD.  This Contact Centre is unique in that many of your calls will be dealing with the rural community.  You will be dealing with technology queries, legislation and compliance queries, and providing advice and support.

We are happy to offer these roles to anyone with a valid working visa. We have permanent roles, 6 month roles and 12 month roles. And the best part is, no evenings or weekends!! Perfect for backpackers looking for temporary work or anyone looking to gain new skills and further their contact centre career path.

What kind of people are we looking for? Having experience working in the rural, agriculture or primary sectors is a huge advantage, however, if that doesn’t sound like you then we also place a high value on contact centre experience. You will be someone comfortable with learning new technology, has a good phone manner and is able to communicate with all different types of people.
