Alpha Recruitment is working closely with this longtime client to find a permanent data entry operator in this quickly growing charitable organization.
This is no ordinary data entry role, though. We need someone with a great, friendly phone manner who loves working in a team.
Responsibilities include, but aren't limitied to:
- answering calls from donors and processing their donations
- creating accurate bank reports
- prepare reconciliations of donations
- prepare and provide appeal reports
Our ideal candidate will be innovative, flexible, a born communicator and previous customer service and data entry experience.
