Location: Onehunga, Auckland
Hours: 40 hours (Mon- Fri)
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact? We're looking for an experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator to join our team!
Responsibilities

Respond to internal and external enquiries related to orders, customers, stock, pricing, and general support needs.

Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, and provide timely assistance to customers.

Coordinate with third-party service providers such as freight and transport companies, as well as suppliers.

Perform warehouse administration duties to a high standard.

Support the sales team by assisting in customer account management and sales growth activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and service.
What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Ability to multitask in a busy environment

Basic knowledge of New Zealand geography (North and South Island), as we book a high volume of parcels daily and this helps with selecting the correct service provider

Confidence in entering and managing orders in our system, including stock viewing and data entry

Knowledge but not necessary as we can training but can be a plus in Freight forward
- Answer the phone, face the customer as we have customers coming to the door and all the other things that a CS do
- Applicants must hold New Zealand citizenship or residency.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in administration and customer service roles.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management.

Experience in sales or sales support (preferred but not essential).

Experience with stock management systems and processes (a bonus).
