We are looking for a Portfolio Analyst/Project Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years’ experience of working in a large PMO.

A solid understanding of the PMO’s value and the various disciplines involved is necessary in achieving success in this role.

 Please apply if you are confident with the following:

  • Background in developing Portfolio dashboard and executive reports 
  • Collation of multiple project status information (approx +180 projects) into a centralised projects register
  • Development of V-Look-ups and Pivot Tables in Excel from project register base data
  • Ability to elicit project information from multiple stakeholder groups (getting them to report when they may not want to)
  • Ability to look at project portfolio data and see trends in aggregation

 Qualifications:

  •  PMI / PRINCE 2 certified – desirable

 North Shore location.
