Our client is looking for help in their directorate to support their part of a large “lessons learned” programme of work (Response). Overall, this project will be synthesising and managing large volumes of information. The team will be using efficient methodology to marshal this information into a way that is tractable and, ideally, able to blend qualitative and quantitative methodologies – both to assess the impact of policy settings and to apply research findings to inform policy development.

In this Senior Advisor role, you will be working with a team to support the Response (lessons learned programme of work), which will involve a mix of proactive and responsive work. Drawing on Policy and Research experience, the Senior Advisor will help with reviewing and analysing aspects of the response and taking initiative to explore policy questions to connect information to the bigger picture, succinctly communicating complex information in written form, and confidently presenting this for discussion.
