Our client is a large central government agency and is looking for an advisor or senior advisor to support a team who have a commitment to gender equality as part of their wider programme of work.  This position is expected to provide ad-hoc advice on gender equality across the wider agency international and pacific group. Looking for an experienced contractor to start as soon as possible for 12 months.

Your Experience:

• Providing specific policy advice on gender equity, inclusiveness, human rights, and women’s empowerment.
• Leading policy analysis and development within a development or public sector context.
• Experience turning policy priorities into effective standards, practice and performance measures.
• Experience developing an activity or business case desirable.
• Preferably experience in the international development and / or Pacific sector.
