In the role of our software developer, you will be a driving force in the further development of the delivery. This means, among other things:

• Together with the customer software architects and our developers, develop and create technical strategies that involve the Sub Custody software application
• Development and programming in RPG ILE and SQL (IBM i/iSeries/AS400 environment)
• Involved in the project and/or Scrum team, both in the prestudy phase, the requirements management phase and the development and implementation phases
• The management and handling of cases received from customers where solution proposal and estimation is included, as well as support for the system in dialogue with the customer

To enjoy working with us in this role, we believe that you…

• have a few years of experience with IBM i (AS/400) and the programming language RPG ILE
• experience of working with Agile methodology and Scrum
• consulting experience and a good ability to communicate with customer representatives
• experience working with IT systems that support securities trading
• business knowledge in the areas of Clearing & Settlement and Corporate Actions
• experience of running or actively participating and contributing to requirements analysis and feasibility studies
