We are looking for a professional, experienced EA with a proven track record in delivering a high- quality service and output at a senior level. This role would also suit an Administrator/Coordinator looking to make a career changing move into their first Executive Assistant role

Responsibilities include:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Email and diary management
  • Meeting management, organising events, booking travel and accommodation
  • Manage finance and invoice processing
  • Pro-actively manage and identify priorities and risks
  • Act as a key point of contact and trusted team member

To be successful in the role you must;

  • Be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple items while maintaining high level of attention to detail
  • Have the ability to act as gatekeeper and to effectively manage or escalate relevant information to senior leaders as needed
  • Have a high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
  • Be computer savvy
  • Thrive in an environment that requires a high level of discretion, sensitivity, and interpersonal interaction
  • Bring an understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural issues.
