Based in Central Auckland at a medical practice, this position is ideally suited to someone who is confident multitasking and dealing with clients in person and on the phone. You will have excellent communication and impeccable attention to detail.
This role is varied, busy and will include the following duties:
- Accurate booking appointments
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Complaint handling and resolution
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Emailing and invoicing
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years reception experience
- Efficient and can work to deadlines
- Computer literate on Excel and Emails
- Confident phone manner & well presented
- Cash handling experience
- Experience with 'MyPractice' preferred but not essential
