Skilled Construction Worker – Riprap Experience

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Worker with proven riprap installation skills to join our team. If you have hands-on experience in erosion control and foundation site preparation, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:
You’ll be working on foundation and erosion control projects, carrying out riprap installation, site preparation, and general construction tasks. This role is ideal for someone physically fit, reliable, and confident working in outdoor and challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, stabilise, and maintain foundation sites
• Place, align, and secure riprap materials
• Operate machinery, tools, and equipment safely
• Follow all health & safety requirements
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven riprap or erosion control experience (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of construction and site safety requirements
• Ability to perform physically demanding labour
• Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe certification
• NZ residents/citizens or candidates with an open work visa
