Our SourceHR & Recruitment brand, based in Onehunga, is looking for an experienced Consultant to join the team. This is a varied role and you will be recruiting for permanent and temporary roles in a variety of sectors, including Automotive, Scientific, Manufacturing and other Generalist roles! This is an established desk and you will get to work with some of the best clients in Auckland and around the country. 

Ideally you will need to have previous Recruitment experience; what’s more important to us however is a positive can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, an ability to problem solve and act with urgency, a team player mentality, and the ability to build solid relationships. Previous sales experience would also be highly advantageous.

As a Recruitment Consultant at SourceHR & Recruitment your typical day to day duties will include:

• End to end Recruitment activities – from gathering the client brief, advertising, shortlisting and presenting candidates, through to negotiating placements and follow up 
• Account management (nurturing your existing client relationships) and new business development (growing your client base)
• Working collaboratively in a team environment, and always striving to do the ‘right thing’
