Our client is wanting a Facilities Manager who is responsible for managing all facilities aspects relating to residences and sites.
This role is responsible for managing all the administration relating to the maintenance and modification of these properties.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate that you have:
• At least two years’ previous experience working at a senior level in facilities
• Strong relationship building skills
• A strong understanding of facilities management
A tertiary qualification in property is highly desirable.
