The Johnson Group is seeking a driven Property Analyst for our medium sized public sector client located in the Wellington region. 

You be working in a welcoming, friendly and busy property and facilities team. You will need to demonstrate that you have:

• At least three years previous experience working as a Property Analyst
• Strong knowledge of the machinery of government
• Strong business planning and analysis skills 
• A strong understanding of property legislation
• Strong investigating skills 
• At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship management skills 

This is a 12 months fixed term role with a good package. 

The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
