Support the local community in West Auckland with providing counselling sessions in a variety of settings, individual and group.  Helping the residents through a 12 step rehabilitation program to support those with addictions.  Our Client is looking for a candidate with direct AOD experience in social work and counselling

Currently this Client has 2 vacancies one in the community and the other at a residency.

The Candidate:

• Must be entitled to work in New Zealand
• Have valid registration to practise as a social worker/counsellor in NZ
• High Level of verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain therapeutic relationships.
• Level 7 or higher in Mental Health, Psychology, Alcohol or Drug Studies.

The Role:

• Full time position
• West Auckland based
• External and Internal Clinical Supervision
