You will be a key resource providing 2nd and 3rd level technical and functional leadership across all levels of support for designated applications. The spotlight for this role is providing a customer focus application support that is service based aligned with current IT industry best practices. 

Ideally, you will have: 

• Extensive experience across a broad range of applications 
• Prior experience working in a 2nd and 3rd level application support role 
• Strong SQL data analysis skills 
• Experience with Kronos V7 - specifically timekeeping and scheduling modules, Kronos WIM experience and Patching and service packs
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
