The Organisation
We are delighted to represent out client, a large, complex organisation in the health sector, in the recruitment of an Executive Assistant. This temporary role represents an outstanding opportunity to join one of New Zealand’s largest employers. This role will be from the 12th - 26th of February 2019.
The Role
You will assist the Directors with day to day operations while their current EA is on Annual Leave.
Some of your duties will involve:
- Organisation of Board level meetings (sometimes taking minutes)
- Formatting board reports
- Project Management
- Preparing reports, documents and presentations
- Complex diary management
- Strong administrative component
