The Role

Do you have a passion for Sales? Work close to home in the new NorthWest mall.  Enjoy working for a well-established out-source contact centre working on a variety of campaign’s including power, insurance and telecommunications.  Full training given, attractive hourly rate and uncapped commission structure.  If you are self-motivated and have a passion for sales then this is the role for you.  

With a script to follow and contacts to call you will feel fully prepared to smash the achievable targets that are set.  Working 12noon - 8pm Monday to Friday this role could work perfectly with your lifestyle and with an attractive base and excellent commission structure the sky is the limit on earnings.

Requirements for this Assignment

•             Excellent communication skills and the confidence to make outbound sales calls

•             Previous sales or call centre experience and the motivation to exceed sales targets

•             A positive attitude and the ability to successfully build rapport with clients on the phone

•             A high degree of accuracy and the ability to meet compliance levels set

•             Being open to learn and develop your sales skills with ongoing training and support

•             The ability to work Monday to Friday 12noon – 8pm

•             Strong resilience to deal with a variety of personality types
