An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a leading organisation within the Health Sector.
Located in Takapuna on the North Shore of Auckland you will be working as part of a small but motivated inventory/stores team.
Starting ASAP this opportunity will keep the successful candidate busy for up to 12 months with possible permanent opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow your supply chain and inventory knowledge working within a large and complex organisation.
Full time hours Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm
What the role involves:
- Receiving in stock
- Ensure stock incoming is correct and not damaged
- Receipting stock
- Stock rotation
- Replenishing around different departments using Trolleys to move stock
- Dealing with stock issues including stock returns, missing stock and over stock levels
- Ordering stock as required using Oracle
- Other adhoc duties as they arise
To be considered you will have:
- Previous stores/inventory control experience
- Be confident with computers but also be happy to work in a mainly manual role
- Be happy to be on your feet all day receiving in stock and replenishing around different departments using trolleys
- The ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Excellent attention to details
