Are you ready to take your supply chain and inventory experience to the next level?  A leading organisation within the health sector located in Grafton is looking for a motivated inventory coordinator/stores person to join their small, dedicated team. 

Starting asap this temporary role will keep you busy for the next 2-3 months with possible extension.  This role is primarily Monday to Friday working 8 hour shifts. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and checking stock
  • Stock receipting and rotation
  • Replenishing stock across departments using trolleys
  • Handling stock returns, missing items and overstock issues
  • Ordering stock as required using Oracle
  • Assisting with additional ad hoc duties as needed

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in stores/inventory control
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to handle physical/manual tasks
  • Happy to be on your feet and moving stock between departments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • A team-orientated mindset
  • Be motivated and happy to take on a variety of tasks
