Our client, a large and long established fishing company is looking for a new receptionist to join their team.

As the receptionist your professional manner will shine as you meet and greet clients and visitors along with operating a busy switchboard.  You will be self-motivated and enjoy working individually.  You will be responsible for other duties such as:

  • General administration
  • Stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Urgent couriers and mail
  • Looking after fleet cars
  • Data Entry
  • Other adhoc administration duties as required

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Proven Reception and Administration experience
  • A professional phone manner
  • Be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
  • To be customer focussed at all times
  • To be cheerful, aware and approachable
  • A proactive, can do attitude
