Are you looking to step up into a new career as a PA? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator with good MS office skill and the desire to move into a PA role. Located in Grafton you would be supporting two busy directors within the medical sector. This is a busy role but working for supportive managers and could lead your working career in an exciting new direction.
Duties Include:
- Email management
- Diary management using Outlook
- Documentation and general administration
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Liaising with other managers and PA’s
- Formatting and updating documents and ensuring inhouse systems are kept up to date
- Other adhoc duties as required
To be successful you will:
- Have a passion and desire to fully support 2 managers as you grow and develop your experience as a PA
- Have previous proven administration experience working for larger more complex organisations
- Be able to commit longer term as this role has the potential to go permanent
- Have advanced MS office and the ability to pick up new systems
- Be confident to find solutions and work well on your own and with a team
- Be deadline driven and organized
- Have the flexibility to take on a variety of tasks as required
