An excellent opportunity has arisen for someone with excellent communication / customer service skills to assist with inbound and outbound calls. You will be located in Takapuna working 20 hours a week.
Starting asap this role is for approx 2-3 months assisting with a healthcare-based project. If you have had previous experience working within the Māori or Pacific communities promoting health and well being then this role is perfect for you.
Duties include:
- Fielding inbound queries
- Making outbound calls to assist with booking appointments
- Data entry updating the data base
- Arranging for information to be sent out
- Other adhoc administrative duties
