Our client is looking for an experienced customer service administrator to join their small but busy team for the summer. Located at Mechanics Bay in Central Auckland you would be working in an office with a view of the water.
This role is full time hours Monday to Friday working 8.30am to 5pm and you would need to be available to work through the Christmas break until the end of February 2024.
Duties include:
- Receiving inbound queries regarding promotional products and safety gear for sale
- Taking orders via phone and email
- Data Entry entering in orders from the public
- Other adhoc administration duties
To be considered you would ideally have:
- Excellent communication skills and previous customer service experience
- Intermediate MS office and the confidence to pick up new systems quickly
- A can-do attitude and flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Ability to work well within a small team
