We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA/PA to manage the co-ordination and organisation of administration tasks for a busy medical department.
If you are available to start asap for the next 3 months plus and can travel to Takapuna for work then this may be the opportunity for you!! You will be working for a busy department looking after Maori and Pacific health.
Once you are settled in the role there is the scope to work 1-2 days remotely.
The Role
- Providing relevant administrative support to the department heads
- Support orientation of new staff
- Responds to or appropriately re-directs general queries
- Organising department and leadership meetings, booking rooms/zooms, putting together agendas, taking minutes etc
- Project work as required
- Assisting with documentation work
- Other administrative duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a similar administration role (ideally in a hospital or healthcare setting or large complex organisation)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and display time management skills
- Personal assistant or Senior Administration experience
- Experience in managing databases
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and the ability to pick up new systems
- Flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks
