We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA/PA to manage the co-ordination and organisation of administration tasks for a busy medical department.

If you are available to start asap for the next 3 months plus and can travel to Takapuna for work then this may be the opportunity for you!!  You will be working for a busy department looking after Maori and Pacific health.  

Once you are settled in the role there is the scope to work 1-2 days remotely.  

The Role

  • Providing relevant administrative support to the department heads
  • Support orientation of new staff 
  • Responds to or appropriately re-directs general queries
  • Organising department and leadership meetings, booking rooms/zooms, putting together agendas, taking minutes etc
  • Project work as required 
  • Assisting with documentation work
  • Other administrative duties as required

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in a similar administration role (ideally in a hospital or healthcare setting or large complex organisation)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and display time management skills
  • Personal assistant or Senior Administration experience
  • Experience in managing databases
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and the ability to pick up new systems
  • Flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks
