An exciting opportunity has become available for a customer-focused professional to join a healthcare-based project supporting improved Māori and Pacific health outcomes. Based in Takapuna, this full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) is starting ASAP and running until Christmas, with the potential for extension.

This role plays an important part in supporting a community-focused health initiative, working closely with Māori and Pacific peoples to promote access to care, wellbeing, and positive health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to inbound phone and email enquiries

• Making outbound calls to support clinic bookings and follow-ups

• Providing clear, respectful information to participants and whānau

• Data entry and maintaining accurate records in databases

• Coordinating information to be sent to participants

• Providing general administrative support to the project team

About You

• A confident, professional communicator with a strong customer service mindset

• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment

• Experience working with, or supporting, Māori and Pacific communities

• An understanding of, or genuine commitment to, improving Māori and Pacific health outcomes

• Comfortable using systems and databases

• Well organised, reliable, and detail-focused

• Passionate about making a positive difference in the community

• Ability to converse in te reo Māori, Samoan, or Tongan is an advantage
