2-month assignment with possible extension.  Working within the health sector this role requires someone with excellent front line customer service experience to assist the public with the checking in process.  This is a new role and you would be working 6am – 2.30pm Monday to Friday but you would need the flexibility as hours could change a little over time.

Duties include:

  • Meet and greet of people arriving on site
  • Assisting them to self-check in
  • Data Entry helping to update the system
  • Fielding phone calls
  • Floating around the reception area to check guests are all ok
  • Other adhoc duties

To be considered you will:

  • Have previous reception or front-line customer service experience
  • Have a bubbly personality and the confidence to check people are ok. (be there to help)
  • Be self-motivated and assist with any issues
  • Have Intermediate to advanced MS office and have fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Have excellent communication skills and professional manner
