Our client a new but growing company working within the Food/Technology industry is looking for some experienced outbound telesales staff.  Working full time hours/Hybrid work environment with office in Central Auckland.  1-3 months plus with possible permanent opportunities.

This is your opportunity to utilise your outbound sales experience working for a new and growing company within the food/Technology industry.  Working initially from home and then hybrid with 2-3 days working from home you will be reaching out to prospective clients to introduce the company’s products.  If you have a passion for sales and talking to people then this role is perfect for you.  If successful this role is starting in December/January and you would be working Sydney hours so would be likely starting around 10am for an 8 hour shift.  

Duties:

• Lead Generation – Identifying and engaging with potential customers through calls, emails and social media
• Sales – Effectively communicate the benefits of the company’s products and services by tailoring pitches to the specific client needs
• Relationship building – Utilise your excellent customer service skills to develop strong relationships with perspective clients
• Sales Targets – Working to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Database Management – Utilise your MS office skills to update and maintain accurate records of all sales activities
• Market Research – Work closely with the team to align strategies and keep updated on industry trends to ensure seamless customer experience and identify new sales opportunities
