A leading organisation in the health sector in Otahuhu is looking for a motivated and experienced Stores/Inventory Coordinator with their class 2 truck licence to join their small, dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with stores and some driving experience looking to make a real difference.

- 3-4 months cover with possible extension

- 6.30am - 3pm Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Count, order, and replenish stock as required
- Stock receipting and rotation
- Replenish stock across departments using trolleys
- Manage stock returns, missing items, and overstock issues
- Conduct stock counts as required
- Back up class 2 driver delivering stock metro using small truck. Alternatively if you have your full class 1 Drivers licence and would be keen to work towards getting your class 2 this could also be considered
- Order stock using Oracle
- Liaise with district customers on stock issues, shortages, and damaged goods
- Forecast stock needs and adjust ordering as necessary
- Assist with ad hoc duties as needed
What You’ll Need:
- 2-3 years of experience in stores/warehousing and inventory control
- Class 2 licence for back up driving or full class 1 licence
- Strong computer skills with the ability to handle physical tasks
- Comfort with being on your feet and moving stock
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn how to manage different types of stock, including hazardous materials
- Ability to quickly learn new computer systems for ordering
