Are you a polished and professional temp with strong travel booking experience and excellent front desk presence?
We’re looking for a capable, confident individual to step into a full-service reception and travel coordination role for a busy Mt Albert-based organisation.
This assignment is from Monday 6 October – Friday 7 November, 9am-5.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently manage all domestic travel arrangements, ideally with prior experience as a travel agent, airline booker, or similar.
- Front Desk Cover
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Managing mail
- Overseeing meeting rooms and general front-of-house duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven travel coordination experience – must understand the logistics of booking for others
- Previous reception/front desk experience – you understand the importance of a great first impression
- Professional presentation – smart dress standard required at all times
- Clear communication skills – articulate and confident when speaking with staff and visitors
- Someone who takes pride in delivering high service standards
