We're on the hunt for an experienced Call Centre Operator to work for a healthcare organisation in Takapuna for a fixed-term role through to the end of December. It's a fast-paced, high-volume environment with one clear goal: connect with patients and get those appointment booked before the year is out.

What you’ll be doing:

• Making volume outbound calls to Māori patients
• Sharing important information and booking appointments
• Using our systems (don’t worry – we’ll train you!)
• Working through call lists quickly and efficiently

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience and confidence with outbound calling
• Has worked for a busy call centre before
• Is comfortable working at pace and making lots of calls each day
• Communicates clearly, warmly, and respectfully
• Can start ASAP and commit through to late December
• Brings positive energy and a team-player attitude
