Are you an experienced Personal Assistant? Have you got immediate availability and interested in temporary work?

If yes and yes and yes, then our temp team would be interested in talking to you!

We are always looking for experienced Personal Assistants to join our pool of temporary staff. We work with a wide range of clients across the Auckland region who often have requirements for excellent administrators to support their senior managers. Assignments vary between part time and full time hours and the duration can be from a few weeks to a few months and sometimes longer term - therefore we are open to hearing from candidates with all sorts of availability.

General duties of a PA include:

  • Diary management
  • Travel and itinerary arrangements
  • Preparing documents
  • Minute taking
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Managing and responding to communication
  • General administration support

To be a successful Personal Assistant you should possess a high level of interpersonal and organisational skills. You will be able to manage documents and your time well, in order to maintain a high level of communication with core stakeholders. We are looking for candidates with at least one year of experience as a PA along with a few more years of admin based experience behind them.
