We are on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service superstar for a long term temporary role (minimum 9 months) with potential for a permanent opportunity to be available.
Our client is a leading supplier of power tools in the New Zealand market and they have a requirement starting on the 8th January for a Customer Service Administrator to join a small call centre based team at their Hobsonville office in West Auckand - parking is available.
This is a great opportunity to grow your customer service skills within an international organisation.
The Role
- Dealing with inbound calls and emails from customers
- Assisting customers with quotes
- Providing customers with further product information
- Taking orders and entering orders into the systems
- Following up with general customer queries
- Building positive relationships with customers
- Coordinate with the relevant internal departments as required to find solutions for customers
The Ideal Candidate
- 1-2 years working in a call centre/customer service based role
- Excellent communication skills over the phone and emails
- Good at picking up new systems
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Works well within a team environment and has a good sense of humour
