We are on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service superstar for a long term temporary role (minimum 9 months) with potential for a permanent opportunity to be available.

Our client is a leading supplier of power tools in the New Zealand market and they have a requirement starting on the 8th January for a Customer Service Administrator to join a small call centre based team at their Hobsonville office in West Auckand - parking is available.

This is a great opportunity to grow your customer service skills within an international organisation.

The Role

  • Dealing with inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Assisting customers with quotes 
  • Providing customers with further product information
  • Taking orders and entering orders into the systems
  • Following up with general customer queries
  • Building positive relationships with customers
  • Coordinate with the relevant internal departments as required to find solutions for customers

The Ideal Candidate

  • 1-2 years working in a call centre/customer service based role
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone and emails
  • Good at picking up new systems
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Fast and accurate data entry
  • Works well within a team environment and has a good sense of humour
