Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and deliver medical items within the Auckland region, ensuring 100% on-time delivery.
  • Service out-of-town runs to regional locations as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Proactively manage the return of loaned medical goods.
  • Prepare freight for transport with third-party carriers.
  • Inspect, pick, and pack customer orders with accuracy when needed.
  • Actively promote our services to both existing and new customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a contractor driver.
  • Preferably experience in medical logistics driving.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a knack for building rapport with customers.
  • A strong work ethic with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with technology, including mobile phones and apps.
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift medical tubs of 25+ kg.
  • Availability to work between 6:30am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday (average 40 hours per week).
  • Own a van or truck (2 tonnes or above).
  • A clean criminal record, a NZ driver’s license, and legal right to work in New Zealand.
