Excellent opportunity with one of the ministries for a Developer with strong software development and coding experience to join a fast-paced & dynamic working environment. 

There is flexibility on the location for this role and we will look at candidates in Wellington or Auckland.

Successful applicants will have:

• Experience with Web Content Management systems platforms like Silverstripe, Drupal etc.
• Experience with Code Management Tools within Web Content Management systems 
• A strong working knowledge of version control systems like Bitbucket, Subversion or GIT 
• Maintain high-quality code, unit test coverage and follow review practices 
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and use of tools like JIRA, and Confluence (or similar tools) 
• Experience in – Core and advanced Java, Spring, Perl/PHP scripting, Rest Webservices, React/Bootstrap, AJAX, JSON, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5, CSS.
