We are currently looking for an experienced Team Administrator to cover maternity leave for a period of at least 6 months!
Must be available to start by end of August/early September to enable a smooth and seamless handover.
Hours - Monday to Friday - Part time
Hours of Work - negotiable - Could suit someone that needs to work around school hours!
Our business consists of Source HR & Recruitment and Triangle Recruitment, and is a very busy role with lots of variety! You will always be that “one step ahead” and be solution focused.
You will get to work with an experienced team of Consultants who really need your expertise to help them fill roles in both Temp and Permanent positions. This is a pivotal role that will require you to "hit the ground running"
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for:
- Profiling candidates
- Candidate management
- Timesheet Collection
- Verbal referencing
- Account management administration for Key Clients
- General administration and document work
- Analysis and reporting
- Supporting the General Manager
You will need to have:
- A minimum of 2 years solid administration experience
- Be well presented and have excellent communication skills
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Be self-managing and driven to succeed
- Enjoying working in a fast-paced environment
- Have a flexible and can-do attitude!
