Reporting to the HR Manager you will provide a high standard of coordination and administrative support in relation to HR policy and processes including recruitment, health and safety, performance management, professional development, remuneration, employee recognition and employment relations.
You will prepare and monitor employment-related documentation, and administer and maintain staff data and records. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the parental leave, leave without pay and resignation processes
- Coordinating and developing monthly reports
- Assisting with in-house training courses or seminar preparation
- Participating in developing, reviewing and implementing human resources related policies and procedures
- Managing the front end recruitment processes including; writing adverts, placing adverts and coordinating the short listing processes
- Arranging the induction and onboarding of new starters
- Organising induction materials and induction packs
Ideally we are looking for someone with previous HR experience. Key to your success will be your proven professionalism, confidentiality, maturity and discretion.

- Strong administration skills
- Proven experience with MS Office Suite
- Great time management
- High level of organisational skills
- An exceptional eye for detail
