The office administrator is responsible for checking and ensuring accuracy of all inwards goods documentation and co-ordinating shipping instructions and documentation with production and transport companies.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Ensuring all paperwork for shipped and received items are filed correctly and in accordance with company standards and the Risk Management Program
- Checking Inwards goods and receivables to match dockets and ECerts.
- Reconciling weighbridge inwards and outwards product daily.
- Organising full shipping containers to Port
- MPI Compliance - Maintaining and controlling the MPI seal register
- Providing administrative and reporting support to the team
We are looking for an experienced administrator with an eye for detail. Previous experience in inwards goods, export and shipping documentation would be advantageous.
To be considered for this role you will offer:
- At least 3 years admin experience
- Great customer service skills – a friendly and approachable attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident IT user – proven experience using the MS Office Suite; Excel/Word/Outlook
