We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join our clients Service Operations team. The Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting field and workshop service activities requested by Service Sales.
Working closely with engineers, customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, the Service Coordinator ensures jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and allocating Field Service Engineers based on skillset, availability, and job requirements
- Coordinating site readiness, equipment delivery, and job start dates with customers
- Ensuring required tools, spare parts, and equipment are available at site prior to service visits
- Preparing and issuing service documentation to customers upon job completion
- Monitoring engineer compliance requirements, including visas, medicals, passports, training, and inductions
- Issuing and managing purchase orders for tools, calibration, PPE, and operational requirements
What you will offer:
- Proven experience in service coordination, scheduling, or operations support
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience working with ERP or service planning systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative and financial processes
