We are seeking an Early Equipment Management Reliability Engineer to support global capital projects and existing assets by embedding reliability and asset management principles early in the equipment lifecycle.

About the Role

You will provide our client with reliability leadership and subject matter expertise to ensure new capital builds are delivered with robust maintenance and asset management strategies. Working closely with Capital Projects, Operations, and Maintenance teams, you will drive predictive and preventative maintenance practices to reduce risk and unplanned downtime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embed global asset management and reliability standards into new and existing assets
  • Lead reliability activities within Early Equipment Management (EEM) for capital projects
  • Develop and deploy maintenance and reliability strategies aligned to Group Maintenance Strategies (GMS)
  • Improve asset performance and reduce unplanned downtime
  • Provide reliability expertise and share learnings across global manufacturing sites
  • Build reliability capability and promote a failure-prevention mindset within operations

About You

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Reliability Engineering qualification
  • 2+ years’ experience in a reliability engineering role
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, ideally dairy or food processing
  • Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and reliability-centred maintenance
  • Experience with CMMS systems (SAP highly regarded)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
