Lodge Real Estate is Hamilton’s leading real estate firm dedicated to helping clients find their ideal property in our beautiful city. They understand the significance of visually appealing property listings, brand advertising, and marketing campaigns, so are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join their team and contribute to their mission of connecting people with their dream homes.

We are in search of a talented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 18 months of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to transform real estate data and information into captivating visual materials that enhance their property listings, brand advertising, marketing campaigns, and overall brand identity. As a full-time Graphic Designer at Lodge Real Estate, you will play a key role in creating designs that showcase their properties, drive brand advertising efforts, and reinforce their unique brand identity in the Hamilton market.

Key Responsibilities:

Design compelling visuals for a range of real estate and brand-related materials, including but not limited to:

  • Brochures, flyers, and promotional materials for property marketing.
  • Engaging social media graphics that promote listings and engage their audience.
  • Web graphics and layout improvements to ensure an exceptional user experience.
  • Email campaigns that keep clients informed about new listings, brand updates, and market trends.
  • Branding materials such as logos, business cards, signage, and brand advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with their real estate agents, marketing team, and photographers to gather property information, imagery, and brand advertising objectives.
  • Maintain brand consistency by ensuring that all design materials adhere to brand guidelines, especially in brand advertising materials.
  • Stay updated on design trends and technologies to keep their marketing materials and brand advertising fresh and engaging.
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities, including brand advertising initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality design assets in various formats for both print and digital use.
