We are looking for an experienced marketing professional who can bring fresh ideas and a dynamic mindset to join a Waikato based Property Development Company who make property simple.

For 24 years DaSilva Residential have been leading the way in how property building, buying and investing is done. They have fine-tuned the art of developing spaces and are looking for a tech savvy, forward thinking marketing professional to join their team.

About the role
From creating content for social media, to organising photoshoots and designing collateral, this is a hands on role offering a high level of autonomy. You will be a part of a busy project team working across all marketing functions delivering an upscale brand experience.

A typical day:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness
• Create content across digital platforms including social media, which could include being behind the camera and on-camera
• Develop and implement sales collateral
• Manage website content along with e-newsletters and sales information
• Manage all advertising both online, radio and print

About you:

Proven marketing experience with the ability to not only lead all branding, marketing and communications but also to roll up your sleeves and get things done. This is a straight up, dedicated, and hard working company and you will enjoy contributing to the culture and being part of a team.

• Skilled and experienced marketing professional
• Knowledgeable and experienced in the property industry – ideal but not a must
• An honest and transparent approach
• Enjoy working outside the office getting your boots dirty!
• Highly developed social media skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Digital Advertising Experience
