Key responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management 
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for the Board of Directors - Planning and scheduling board meetings
  • Reviewing conferences and speaking engagements opportunities - making recommendations for selection 
  • Monitoring, assessing and prioritising incoming correspondence
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations as needed

We are looking for an individual with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills combined with at least 3 years PA or EA experience.

  • Ability to interact with all levels of management, board members, and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • High level of discretion with sensitive information – ability to handle confidential information with care and integrity
  • Strong business acumen
  • Highly proficient on the MS Office Suite
